I’ve recently been having extremely violent and or sexually-charged dreams in which I’m witnessing and/or committing some heinous crime. It’s really distressing because I feel very attached to the dreams I have (and the only reason I make that distinction is because I’ve talked to many people who tell me they don’t dream much or just don’t remember them).
